Although the details on this website have been prepared in good faith to give a general indication of the proposed developments, purchasers must take into consideration:

The artist impressions and images have been produced to indicate elevations of only similar homes to those being constructed. Accordingly, details and colours of the elevations, levels, roads, footpaths, walls, fences and landscaped area generally may vary.

The landscaped areas will be completed to a scheme approved by the Local Authority. The artist impressions and images with their trees and foliage does not indicate the actual landscaping scheme that will be carried out or the environment of the development and adjoining land when the development has been completed.

Kitchen layouts are not shown on the enclosed floor plans. A detailed plan is available showing positions of all wall units (some with concealed lighting) and base units with fitted oven, hob, extractor hood and other appliances fitted as standard.

Second floor rooms have in some positions sloping and reduced ceiling heights. Any purchaser must only place reliance upon the site plan, floor plans, cross sections and specifications available for viewing at the offices of Halbren or the appointed agent and legal documents that may be agreed between the Company and the Purchaser. The contents within this website are therefore expressly omitted from any contract.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Halbren site does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the users IP address which is automatically recognised by the web server. Information that has been provided by you will only be used by Halbren, and will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It is used to improve the services of our website and under no circumstances is it shared with other third parties for any marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties, except where we have a legal obligation to do so. We take all reasonable steps to retain data only for the duration of the purpose for which it was obtained. Where requested, we will delete personal information from our systems.
